Cesar Perri, DDS, PhD is currently one of the leading authorities in Spiritism. He is one of
the directors of the International Spiritist Council and the Brazilian Spiritist Federation. Dr.
Perri has dedicated his whole life to the dissemination of Spiritism. He has been helping
many Spiritist organizations worldwide. Author of several books, he had especial interest in
research on the life of one of the most phenomenal American mediums of all times, Mrs.
Eleonor Piper. He is also a recently retired faculty of the University of Sao Paulo and former
president of the Brazilian Association for Dental Education.
